  1. I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product, how should I proceed?
  • Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund.If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of receiving the order:
  • Step 1: Contact us within 5 business days of receiving the order.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share 3-4 images of the product from different angles with original packaging for our reference.
  • Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging satisfactorily.
  1. Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?

Yes, We have easy return policy if you have any issue with the purchase/product and product is in      re-saleable condition

            Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Perfumes/ Deodorants with reason that buyer does not like fragrance
  • Returned without original packaging including, product outer box, price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number is tampered
  • Product is used or altered
  • If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery.

          Categories not eligible for Return:

  • Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues

 

  1. How long it will take time to deliver the product

Normally we deliver next day in Metro cities if order is placed before 12pm. For other B-class cities delivery time is 2-3 days, and at other small locations 3-5 days. Our primary shipping partner is world’s best courier company FEDEX  but for small towns / village locations we ship by Delhivery/Speed Post

 

  1. What if I do not receive my order within given timeline?

Here our policy is very clear, if you do not receive item within timeframe, we will ask you to give us 3 days to follow up with Courier Company and after that refund your money if shipment is not delivered.

  1. Are testers /other perfumes on this website original?

Yes, here you will find 100 % original and authentic perfumes only. We are here to make a lifelong relationship with customers by offering authentic & genuine perfumes only.

     6. What is the difference between testers and regular fragrances?
There is no difference in quality between the regular fragrances and testers. Testers are products manufactured by the original designer of the fragrance for promotional purposes. Some are offered in plain white or plain brown boxes with or without a cap at the discretion of the designer. Some might even have the word “tester” or “demonstration” written on the bottle and they are offered at additional savings to you because they are made for demonstration purpose only. You can find them a lot cheaper than the actual cost of the fragrance.
      7. I want to customize a gift pack, can you do it for me?
